Ryan Peterson is the founder and President of Impact7G, and environmental and sustainability company based in Johnston, IA. Impact7G was formed in 2011 as a professional consulting firm offering diverse services to a variety of clients in the public, private and governmental sectors. With staff in 18 states and projects completed in 48 different states, Impact7G has become nationally known for their expertise on a wide array of environmental projects.  

As President of Impact7G, Ryan is responsible for leading the development and execution of short and long-term strategies while emphasizing the company’s core values. Ryan is a graduate of Iowa State University and is currently mentoring multiple startups through ISU’s Startup Factory. In his spare time, Ryan is an avid traveler, enjoys live music and attending sporting events with his two sons.
